You can permanently delete your Zanbi account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it — pick whichever is easier for you.
Your account is removed right away, subject to the limited retention described below.
If you can't access the app, request deletion by email and we'll process it for you. Tap the button below — it opens a pre-filled message. Just add your account email and send.

Or email support@embrallc.com directly with the subject "Delete my Zanbi account" and include the email address on your account so we can verify you. We'll confirm once it's done.
Deleting your account permanently removes your account profile and the inspection data associated with it — including your inspections, custom forms, photos, notes, and reports stored in Zanbi.
Organization accounts: if you're the owner of a team/organization, tell us in your request whether you want just your own membership removed or the entire organization and its shared inspection data deleted, so we handle your team's records correctly.
We complete deletion requests within the period required by applicable law (typically within 30 days), and usually much sooner. If you email us, we'll send a confirmation when your data has been removed.
